Team Coaching Circles:

Team Coaching Circles provide a unique and uplifting opportunity for members of a healthcare team to contribute to the development of a collaborative, creative and compassionate medical community.

During this transformational process, a coach facilitates as team members (including the team leaders) work together to identify the shared values and vision of the team. The entire process is directed by the team, fully transparent and supported by honest communication, understanding and mutual respect. Relevant questions about topics identified as meaningful by the group often serve as the starting point for each coaching session.

Our Team Coaching Program:

1 pre-program 1:1 session per participant to discuss the program and individual goals
4 ninety minute group coaching sessions over 4 - 6 months
(groups limited to 4-6 individuals to allow for more participation and interaction)
4 executive coaching 1:1 sessions for the team leader (one per month)
1 individualized 1:1 coaching sessions per participant
(to focus on each participant’s unique priorities & personal and professional circumstances)
1 sixty minute group coaching check-in at 3 months post program
(to facilitate integration of insights and next steps)
