Over the past few decades, our healthcare delivery systems have dramatically changed. 

As medical professionals work to integrate a myriad of new responsibilities and regulations, while continuing to provide high quality care, many providers are experiencing symptoms of professional burnout - with declining health and well being.

During this presentation, we will explore recent research and investigate ways to enhance clinician vitality, resilience and enthusiasm for professional work.
